Great Brace Bad Material

This would be a five star review. I noticed a significant drop in back pain. However noticed the basket weave material easily deteriorated after changing my duty belt. It is now coming unglued and torn I would refund but it’s too late. I work in a setting where appearance is important. However I notice that it’s clear the material is not sturdy and whatever seals it is weak.

My brand new product is now worn and ugly an I’m having to consider using some adhesive. I am considering doing away with this brace all together it’s highly disappointing. I love the product and design but definitely think quality must improve in craftsmanship. Reinforce the material you use so it doesn’t wear down only being applied to a few times.

I believe in your company and would love to see improvements. I will continue to use this produce after using adhesive. However please consider improving the quality of your material. Thank you for the relief on my back. Your product is excellent other than the material.

Great Brace

So far so good. Injured my back a few years ago that surgery will not fix. I needed to find something that would assist in alleviating the pressure on my back. The BackUpBrace has done just that when using my duty belt. It’s comfortable, supportive, and matches my basketweave duty belt. I definitely recommend it.
