Note: Our previous return policy provided a 90 day return period specific to the BackUpBrace. In order to align our return policy on this online store with our Amazon store return policy, with effect from 1 February 2020 the updated return policy detailed below will apply. In summary, all products now have a 30 day return window. If you purchased your BackUpBrace prior to 1 February 2020, the 90 days return policy will still be honored on your purchase.
Recommend or Return
We stand by our products. Our Recommend or Return policy means you can return any product you have purchased from us for a full refund of the purchase price if you are not happy enough to recommend that product to friends or colleagues. This is subject to the simple and straightforward terms set out below.
The point of our policy is to give you an opportunity to evaluate the product. The BackUpBrace will start assisting you from the minute you put it on, but we recommend continuous use for at least 14 days to realize the full benefit of our product. If after 14 days you are not happy enough with the BackUpBrace to recommend it to your friends and colleagues, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. This policy also applies to all other products on our site - they all have a standard 30 day return policy.
You may also exchange any product including the BackUpBrace within the return window for that product provided your original purchase is in as new condition. Please refer to the Warranty section with respect to defects in materials or workmanship.
- If your BackUpBrace is not returned with both keepers, we will deduct $12.95 from your refund
- You are responsible for your own return shipping costs
3G International Supplies, LLC (3GIS) warrants the BackUpBrace back support prodcut (excluding belt keepers) against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, 3GIS will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at 3GIS's option, without charge to the customer.
Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service in the first 30-days will be paid by 3GIS. All shipping fees both to and from 3GIS following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer.
Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted.
3GIS makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product. 3GIS makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.
3GIS is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall 3GIS be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card company, the credit may take an additional two weeks to appear on your side.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address listed at the bottom of this page. See the Warranty section for specific details.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address at the bottom of this page. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
