30-day returns

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This includes sale, discounted, and pre-order items.

How to start a return

  1. Log in to your BackUpBrace.com customer account and start the return from your order. No account yet? You can create one after you buy. Just use the email address from your order.
  2. Mail the item to:

Belt keepers

Please send back both belt keepers with your brace. If they are not included, we deduct $12.95 from your refund.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refunded. We suggest a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, because we can’t guarantee that we will receive your return.

No exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. To get a different size or finish, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank or card company may take up to two more weeks to show the credit.

Late or missing refunds

First check your bank account again. Then contact your card company and your bank, since there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@backupbrace.com.

Warranty

3 G International Supplies LLC warrants the BackUpBrace back support product (excluding belt keepers) against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During this period, we will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at our option, without charge to the customer.

You pay all shipping costs for warranty service, both to and from us.

Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted. 

We make no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product. We make no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

We are not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
