Exactly what I needed for each shift. Perfect!

This would be a five star review. I noticed a significant drop in back pain. However noticed the basket weave material easily deteriorated after changing my duty belt. It is now coming unglued and torn I would refund but it’s too late. I work in a setting where appearance is important. However I notice that it’s clear the material is not sturdy and whatever seals it is weak.

My brand new product is now worn and ugly an I’m having to consider using some adhesive. I am considering doing away with this brace all together it’s highly disappointing. I love the product and design but definitely think quality must improve in craftsmanship. Reinforce the material you use so it doesn’t wear down only being applied to a few times.

I believe in your company and would love to see improvements. I will continue to use this produce after using adhesive. However please consider improving the quality of your material. Thank you for the relief on my back. Your product is excellent other than the material.

I bought the back brace about two weeks ago and it definitely helps reduce strain on my back with my duty belt i wear. It spreads out the weight and provides support to my lower back.

I can feel the relief on my back right way. This thing works

So far so good. Injured my back a few years ago that surgery will not fix. I needed to find something that would assist in alleviating the pressure on my back. As soon as I put it on I immediately felt all the weight of the belt come off my lower back. Before this, I was worried about how much longer I could actually go on wearing my duty belt. The backup brace has truly been a career saver.

I’ve had the back up brace for a few months now and I’ve got to stay it has been great! The quality is top notch and no problems with the actual brace itself. My on compliant is the Velcro on the belt keeps are already starting to wear from daily use. I suggest possibly making it with a snap or another type of locking mechanism. Also added more slits to slide the belt keepers into for the ability to place the belt keepers in different areas. Where the slit opens gets in the way of my belt loop on my pants and have to adjust my belt often to put the belt keeper in

I’ve had struggle with lower back pain for some time. While working standing on my feet for hours at a time I would come home with lower back pain. Since I’ve ordered the Backup brace I’ve been working those long hours standing on feet and the backup brace has significantly reduced my lower back. If you are skeptical about getting a backup brace I encourage you to get one.

Bought the smooth leather.
Works great helps all day.
I had to have a shoemaker sew M/F velcro on both sides since my smooth leather duty belt has a inner velcro.
*Would suggest more options for velcro per unit and actual deminsion on sizes and belt mounting options and belt keeper holes should be bigger.

Ordered velcro keepers, received snap keepers. Emailed back up brace about problem and never received a response back

BackUpBrace - Tough Nylon

The brace actually made my back hurt more than normal. The quality of the brace is poor, after one shift the basket weave finish began peeling away from the foam backing. The Velcro is reverse of what my Safariland inner and duty belt would require to attach it. I have a 35” waist and got the 34” and up size and it pushed against my holster as it was to long.

I bought the backup brace for my fiancé a few weeks ago, after weeks of him coming home from work complaining of back pain from his duty belt. From the first night he wore it complaints of his pain have stopped! Incredible product that he highly recommends.

I've been using the Backup Brace for a little over a year now. Although it isn't the end all be all for back pain, I ave had 3 back surgeries in my life, so I know a thing or 2 about back pain. I will say that the brace definetly helps with posture, and in my case, I have an exterior vest carrier, so I can also keep all equipment off of my lower back and really get the full effects of the Backup Brace. It molds well to your body and belty and isn't painful or bulky. The belt keepers are a bit of a trick at first, but once you get it, you get it and won't be an issue in the future.

I have had the BackUpBrace for many year's and love this product. Having two herniated disc in my lower back this product has been such a life saver for distribution of weight on my duty belt.

I bought this for my husband and this is what he had to say: The BackUpBrace has been instrumental in relieving lower back pain especially while in the patrol car. This brace disperses the full weight of the duty belt and takes the pressure of the lower vertebrae. Since having it several co-workers have asked how I like it and I have nothing but praise for the brace, I have recommended the BackUpBrace to anyine who asks. The only con will depend on what you carry on your duty belt as it can make space very tight, I was able to get everything configured after spending some time adjusting items on the belt.

Got this to help take some extra tension off my back. Works great. Barely notice it on but I certainly have much less back pain on duty and after my shift. You need this!

Spreads the load of your duty belt across your back. Super comfortable. Not the best picture, but im not flexible enough to turn my body around and snap a photo with me wearing it.

Just started to use it, I'll know better in a week or so.
