I bought the back brace about two weeks ago and it definitely helps reduce strain on my back with my duty belt i wear. It spreads out the weight and provides support to my lower back.

I had to have a shoemaker sew M/F velcro on both sides since my smooth leather duty belt has a inner velcro.
*Would suggest more options for velcro per unit and actual deminsion on sizes and belt mounting options and belt keeper holes should be bigger.

I had a back injury in November, I purchased the back up brace to wear on shift. It helps with pain thoughout the shift and minimizes how stiff my back is after work. I recommend if you have back problems or want to prevent back problems.
